I'd like to take Caity to the beach sometime this summer. Obviously being heck and gone from any sort of ocean (I'm not counting Lake Erie as a real beach), this presents the opportunity for travel. I know some of you guys live near the coast, so I'm open for suggestions on someplace that might have a toddler-friendly beach. I'm on the fence as to which would be easier - a 2-3 hour plane ride (plus airport time) or a 5-7 hour drive (plus rest stops); obviously the car trip is cheaper but limits the options to to DE/NJ/VA.
