Caity's hair is starting to get a little long, so I asked one of the teachers at daycare (Ms Becky, whose daughter Ryley is in Caity's class) what she used in Ryley's hair. She told me, and then when I came to pick Caity up that afternoon, she had pigtails :) Ms Becky also gave us a packet of the little gumband things. She's really nice.



My own attempt at pigtails was less than successful but still cute.

She loves going to see the ducks at the park or the creek (I almost spelled it 'crick' like we say in Pittsburgh. For shame.) so I got some of those bathtub skid guard thingies in the shape of ducks. They sucked as skid guards; Caity had them off in about 2.4 seconds and they didn't do a good job of covering the tub, but they made good bath toys. She had great fun sticking them to the side of the tub.
